For advanced applications, we design and build custom automation solutions in close cooperation with selected partners. These systems integrate multiple process steps such as:
- In-circuit and functional testing
- Application of adhesives, thermal pastes, and sealants
- Box build and mechanical assembly integration
- Screwing, potting, and conformal coating
- Marking and labeling
With our in-line special assembly systems, we enable the precise press-fit of electromechanical components into PCBs. The process is fully monitored via 100% force-displacement control, ensuring repeatable high quality and press-fit tolerances within a few hundredths of a millimeter.
We also specialize in fully automated insertion of contact pins, blade connectors, and stamped components using magazine-to-magazine in-line systems – ensuring efficiency, repeatability, and scalability.
Our development pipeline includes next-generation technologies such as servo press systems for power electronics assembly (e.g. IGBTs), already in operation at our sister facility in Slovakia and soon to be implemented in Rohrbach.
In parallel, our engineering team is finalizing precision LED placement technology with guaranteed post-reflow positioning stability – designed for applications where optical consistency is critical, including automotive, industrial, medical, telecommunications, and data infrastructure.
